Process
In much the same way that churches count on an architect for significant structural additions to their facilities, many have found a way to launch an effective ministry by utilizing the services of Youth Ministry Architects.
The process begins with a three-day Youth Ministry Assessment by YMA that provides a church with a roadmap for moving its youth ministry to the next level. We will come to you, review your situation thoroughly, thoughtfully and prayerfully. Then we will offer our recommendations to you.
After the Assessment, your church’s leadership may decide simply to implement the recommendations from our assessment on its own. Or your church may find it more economical to request further support from Youth Ministry Architects. If so, we will begin the process of helping you restructure and rebuild your ministry.
In either case, our incisive assessment will launch your youth ministry out of “survival mode,” while moving you strategically forward in ways that will dramatically increase the success and effectiveness of your current and/or future staff.
